11-12  Festival Opens.  Dog play area and Kiddie Korral are open throughout the day.  Check for breaks in availability.
12-12:30  Patriotic Opening-  Presentation of flags, pledges, anthems

12:30 – 1:20  Lure Coursing

1:30-2:20 – Horse Parade

2:30-3:30    Dogs costumes, tricks, talent contests

4:00 – Muskrat race
